    Saleh Ali Naser Al Zarie - General Manager

    Saleh Ali Naser Al Zarie is the Founder and GM of Zubairi Trading and is responsible for the overall strategic vision of the company.  Before forming Bear in 2002 Brett attended the University of North Dakota where he studied commercial aviation.  While attending college Brett spent his summers working as a cable TV installer learning the industry from the ground up.  In the spring of 2002 Brett formed Bear Communications with a small loan from his father and a goal of building a turn-key communications contracting company with the expertise and resources to perform construction, maintenance and installation services.  From 2002 to present day Brett has built Zubair Trading into a diversified company serving all of the top communications providers across the United States.  Year over year with the help of his key leadership Brett continues to grow Zubairi Trading.

    Mohammad Golam Haider -Deputy General Manager

    Mr. Golam Haider has over Thirty five years of leadership experience where he served in variety of operational and support disciplines.  Experience includes operations management, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, cost analysis and business development.  Most recently, Mr. Addison served as Vice President Corporate Development of Wireline and Wireless Divisions for UniTek Global Services (NASDAQ: UNTK).  With over 5500 employees located in 26 markets, Mr. Golam Haider had oversight of UniTek’s Engineering, Design, Construction and Installation service offerings to both Wireline and Wireless customers such as AT&T, Verizon, CenturyLink and Comcast.  Prior to joining UniTek, Mr. Golam Haider was Telecom Engineer of the first competitive SIEMENS overbuild operations in over all sulatante of Oman.  Prior to joining Everest, Mr. Gomal haider was in Regional Vice President of Charter Communications Advance Services Division in the upper Midwest where he provided broad strategic counsel and assumed a number of critical leadership roles in the areas of business operations, financial and cost analysis as well as sales and marketing.  In addition, Mr. Addison held several key leadership positions at the nation’s largest Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, McLeodUSA (now Verizon).

    Ayaz Bin Zamir - Project Engineer - Outside Plant

    Sean is a senior construction industry Human Resources professional, an accomplished customer-focused leader, and strategic partner to senior business executives. This experience includes heavy industrial, building, mining, underground, oil & gas, power generation, transmission and distribution, telecom, energy, and infrastructure construction and engineering. Sean has over 18 years in the corporate Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) construction industry as a senior HR and Talent Acquisition leader with diverse experience including strategic planning, budgeting, compensation, mobility, organizational effectiveness, domestic and international experience, HR program management, HRIS, employee relations, employee engagement, staff training & development, leadership development, and extensive staff talent recruitment supporting diverse global business units. Originally from Kansas City and has lived in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. He has proudly served his country in Iraq with the historic US Army’s 1st Infantry Division and attended Kansas State University while working for his father in the construction industry. Sean has extensive experience with community service projects and outreach and has served on leadership boards of several area non-profit organizations where he continues to give back to the community through various outreach programs, events, festivals, and fairs.

    Mohammad Loqman - Senior Executive - Project Coordinator / Purchase

    Marty Lund brings over 31 years of financial and business management experience to Bear Communications.Prior to joining Bear, Marty served as Assistant Vice-President Operations at Dex Media (a $1.3 billion public company) from 2003 to 2014, delivering industry leading cash flow results while managing the enterprise credit, billing, cash receipts, collections and related system control functions.   Previously, Marty worked for Sprint Corporation from 1988 to 2002 serving as Controller for Sprint Publishing and Advertising, Group Manager Financial Reporting and numerous other progressively critical Finance leadership positions. Marty started his career as a CPA in the Audit Division of KPMG. As Corporate Director of Finance at Bear, Marty leads all enterprise financial services functions including accounting, reporting and consolidations, cash management, budgeting/forecasting and economic analysis. Marty graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree (Accounting) from the University of Central Missouri and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University.

    Fahir Ismail - Project Coordinator/ Document Controller

    Cort Stephens specializes in accounting and systems management. Prior to his current role as Corporate Controller for Bear Communications, he applied his accounting expertise at companies such as Meyer Companies, Power Group, and Burns & McDonnell. At Bear Communications Cort provides financial leadership in the areas of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, audit, statistical analysis, and systems development. Cort works in a team environment emphasizing strong internal control and process improvement. He is from the Kansas City area and is a graduate of the University of Kansas.

    Sikander Butt - Senior Engineer/ OSP Planning & Design

    Travis Bemis, our Vice President of Construction Operations, brings more than 21 years experience in the construction arena to Bear Communications. Prior to working at Bear, Travis was a General Foreman for Par Electric Underground, and then the Operations Manager at Warlock OSP Services. Throughout the past eight years as Director of Construction Operations at Bear Communications, he has helped the company build its reputation of leadership and professional integrity. His hands on experience in all aspects of aerial and underground construction, along with his understanding of the industry, has helped him successfully manage projects for Time Warner Cable, SureWest, Sunflower Broadband, Media Comm, AT&T, Unite Private Networks, Comcast and Google. Travis has maintained a successful partnership with customers throughout the construction process by establishing exceptional performance by his construction team and his commitment to his clients.

    Shamim Noman - Engineer/ OSP Planning & Design

    Mr. Church has 40 years of construction and management in Cathodic Protection, Electric Utilities, and Telecom Construction. He started as a ground hand and worked his way up to President before he retired in 2012. He has worked in 25 states and most of the Caribbean Islands completing numerous projects large and small. He came out of retirement in 2013 to join Bear Communications.

    Mohammed Iqbal - Head of Accounts

    Mitch Patterson provides executive level management over Bear Communication’s Environmental, Safety, and Health programs . Mitch’s more than 10 years of safety and fleet management experience offers Bear the confidence that all people, interests, and assets are protected. Mitch joined Bear in 2015, and is dedicated to expanding systems process and procedure to eliminate risk and improve the overall health and safety of the company’s operating locations. Mitch’s prior background includes 10 years’ experience in the General Industry, Construction, Oil and Gas industries. Mitch has a BGS in Environmental and Safety Management degree from Pittsburg State University; and post-graduate certifications included but not limited to; Workers' Compensation, Safety and Compliance.

    Laqat Ali Zaidi - Site Engineer, Outside Plant (Shaquyah Region)

    Robert Rose our Vice President of Fulfillment Operations brings over 28 years of telecommunications experience to Bear Communications. Robert’s involvement in the cable industry includes experience in almost every aspect of fulfillment operations. He began his cable career in December 1988 as a disconnect technician for Telecrafter Cable Contractors. Following Telecrafter, Robert moved to Mitchell Communications where he gained significant experience in both installation and quality control responsibilities. While employed with Mitchell Communications, Robert was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager in 1994, then moved to General Manager in 1996, overseeing drop buries and installation and was instrumental in the launch of Digital TV, High Speed Internet and Telephony for Cox Communications, Oklahoma. In January 2001 Robert was promoted to VP of Fulfillment and grew Mitchell from a 20+ technician operation to over 150 techs in multiple states. Robert started with Bear Communications in August, 2015 as Regional Operations Manager and was quickly promoted to Corporate Director of Fulfillment Operations in November of 2015. Robert oversees the fulfillment budget and is responsible for installation operations, safety, and administration.

    Mohammed Iqbal - Site Engineer, Outside Plant (Dhofar Region)

    Adrian Fitzmaurice brings more than 28 years of Human Resources experience to Bear Communications. Prior to joining Bear, he was the Director of Human Resources for Kansas University Medical Center and Associate Vice Chancellor over the Employee Service Center.  Previously, Fitzmaurice served as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Kiewit Construction in Kansas City the division that offered construction services for the government, transportation, power and water. Fitzmaurice also has experience in the telecommunications sector, serving as a Human Resources Manager in Kansas City in the days of Southwestern Bell.   In the past, he has served as a Human Resources consultant for the Healthcare industry and small business.
